Integrating Peace Education into Senior Secondary School Science and Technological Curriculum for Sustainable National Unity and Development

The paper presents an overview of peace education and the need for its integration into senior secondary science technology curriculum sustainable national unity development. It argues that many changes in society coupled with increasing scientific technological innovations have brought a lot unimaginable challenges such as intergroup tensions, civil unrest, ethnic agitations, insecurity, cultism, kidnapping, arm robbery, cybercrimes, banditry, child trafficking etc. all which greatly threatened corporate existence our nation Nigeria. therefore posits Peace Education school could help students gain effective relevant skills required resolution non-violent conflicts. These are also expected to be reinforced facilitate growth development peaceful values society.
